With the forecast I mentioned yesterday, we had a feeling that tomorrow would be an official snow day for Hayley.
I’m pretty sure that I won’t even bother to set my alarm to check the radio for the school closings. I’m quite certain that the school – and many others – will be shut down tomorrow.
Why?
Because at almost 10 pm it’s still coming down out there, and about four hours ago I took this picture:
As far as I’m concerned that’s totally a snow day.
Wow. And I thought I’d seen snow when I was cycling trough Montreal back in April. Don’t you ever fear of that window breaking and that pile of snow falling all over your little one ?
WHOA. Yeah, I’d say that’s a safe bet.
It might end up being a snow WEEK. Wow.
Wim – Nah, it’s two layers of glass doors, it would take a lot to break it. Though that reminds me of a funny story for the next entry…
Laura – I doubt it. They’re sadly very efficient about clearing just enough to get out and about. It won’t all get trucked away until next week but they’ll have the roads cleared and some sidewalks as well.
