I’ve been working (a little slowly) on a POA-style Griffindor scarf for myself. I know, I already have a Slytherin scarf, but this way I can choose my house at will.

The colors are a bit wonky in the picture because of the lighting (it was an overcast day so I was either stuck with dark lighting or washing out with the flash so I chose to forego the flash), but they’re actually pretty decent in real life. The gold is especially true to the movies.

Although my due date is the day after “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” is released in theaters, I’m still hoping to get a chance to see it, assuming the baby stays in long enough. I plan to wear this to the premiere if I get to go. Or maybe the Slytherin scarf. Maybe both? Decisions, decisions.

Hayley stayed in well past my due date, so we’ll see if Baby B follows suit, allowing me to feed my crack addiction Harry Potter addiction.
