The last time we bought dish soap, Hayley actually picked out which one she wanted George to get, based on the fruity label. It was Ultra Palmolive’s new scent called Crisp Cucumber Melon. It was a nice little scent, I suppose.
For some reason I read the label on the back the other day. It said:
Clean, fresh scent makes doing the dishes a more pleasant experience.
That dish soap lasted me about a month and I must say, not once did I have a pleasant experience while washing my damn dishes. I want my money back.
The question is, did you have a *more* pleasant experience washing dishes with the ‘Crisp Cucumber Melon’ than you would have with, say, ‘Smoldering Litterbox’ or ‘Frat House Vomit’.
It’s all relative! 😉
Maybe Hayley was indicating SHE wanted to use the soap. Now that “might be” a more pleasant experience; it might not. I remember when my mom started putting my brother and I at the kitchen sink. A LOT of dishes got broken. I like the use of the relative term “more.” Do you hate the job or, with the new soap, kinda-sorta hate the job.
Well sometimes the shit happened!!
It would be great if washing dishes could be even an occasional pleasure! lol!
