Any day – any minute, maybe – she’s going to take off and never look back. She is so close.

(Less than five minutes after this was taken yesterday, she lost her balance and landed on her face, getting rug burn on her cheek and chin. Poor baby.)

Isn’t it amazing how they learn to do things on their own? My daughter is just learning to lift her butt up off the ground. She’ll be crawling around in no time!
