I was going to say the same thing as Andrea, more often than not if I’m really tired I would have less anxiety just because I was too tired to bring about the energy that would be needed to be anxious.

Hmmm I’m not so sure for me. Sometimes that is the case where a bad night turns into a more anxious feeling day and sometimes having a not-so good sleep makes me just drowsy and more of a vegetable during the day ergo I have less anxiety that day! lol.

Holy Amanda. I am bawling from this!!! I am so glad that you two met on that special day at Lower Deck and so glad my brother met his soul mate.
