I just felt BLAH and I knew it was probably lack of fresh air and vitamin D. One day last week it was really quite cold, but we were getting a storm the next day and I knew I wouldn't be able to get out, so I bundled Claire up and we went for a nice, long hour-long walk. It was EXACTLY what I needed! I was finding that my head space was leaving something to be desired as well. I just felt BLAH and I knew it was probably lack of fresh air and vitamin D.
