I’ve seen a few pictures posted by online friends showing their child, horror-struck, with Santa. I’m a terrible person because I ALWAYS laugh. Then again, I laughed when Hayley did it at a year old too, back in 2003.

Hah! They asked me if I wanted the picture where half of my body was still attached to Malia because she had a hint of a smile. I looked like a blur. Blah. A split second later, Malia screamed bloody murder.
I love that picture! I was prepared for the Santa freak out this year because my son is a year old and has no idea yet who the hell Santa even is. We put him in Santa’s lap, he turned around and studied him for a moment, and then LAUGHED in his face. Weirdo.
