Holding back

You wouldn’t believe how much I’m physically restraining myself right now to keep from sitting down and eating the half a tub of sour cream we currently have in the fridge. Not with anything. Just sour cream and a spoon. Every time I open the fridge I see it and it’s overwhelming how much I want to eat it.

I’m thinking of using it in something for supper tonight or else turning it into a dip for chips and vegetables by mixing some onion soup mix in with it before I really do eat it.

  1. By itself? uh, ok, if you like it like that! Though I could have eaten the salsa I had with lunch by itself, sour cream is another story….

  2. I just bought sour cream the other day, as an excuse to make a certain kind of dip. You know the one called Pizza Surprise Dip, served with nacho chips, sometiems with a layer of shrimp in it? My God, I can’t get enough of that.

    (the fact I am not pregnant is *irrelevant*)

  3. hehehe isnt it great pregnancy cravings lol!! im the same way but with grilled cheese omg i want one every 2nd and when i do make i make abt 5 lol and cut them in half so it looks like i have more hehe
    how much have ya gained so far? or is that a do not bring up issue lol

  4. Yuckie…..lol. I ate PB&J w/ pickles while pg with DS (devoted son). I HATE pickles.

    Go for it if that’s what you’re craving.

  5. OK, so I don’t feel as bad about eating a whole bowl of Buffalo Wing Hot sauce–with a spoon, by itself! I’ll tell ya, pregnancy brings on some strange cravings!
